For many years Neil has sorted out our appliances and every time he left, I was struck by what a genuine, honest, hard-working and gentle man he was. I was so shocked and saddened to hear he has died. It is men like Neil, quietly getting on with their work in the background in a sincere & kind way that the world needs more of. Heartfelt condolences to the family who he always spoke of with much affection.
